Shipments and Returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) after receipt of payment.

Shipping

USPS is our prefered shipping provider with delivery confirmation tracking. Transit time can take 3-10 days (USA)

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

International

International transit times are unpredictable, shipments have to pass through customs in your country of residence; please review any applicable import fees and custom processing durations (in addition to shipping durations); this is beyond our control.

We have been selling internationally for several years and most shipments arrive on time. However, occasionally foreign custom processes delay arrivals; in such cases it can take up to 3-4 weeks before shipments can be declared lost and payments refunded or orders reshipped.

Returns

All of our items are guaranteed to be as described. Should you receive an item that is not as described, you are welcome to return it for full refund (including shipping). No returns on used items. New items can be returned for store credit or exchanged for something else as long as the return is in the same condition that it was received. Buyer pays for shipping back and only the price of the actual item less original shipping will be credit toward store credit. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. If we find the item is not in the same condition it was originally shipped, we will not credit the item and send it back to the original buyer. Please contact us BEFORE sending anything back to us for approval and return instructions.
