(Q) What are the explanations of the clothing conditions?

(A) We mostly sell New to Excellent preowned quality conditions.

• New with Tags =  Never used
• New without Tags = Never used but tags were detached
• Like new = Tried on and never washed (no tags)
• Excellent = Used a few times with a few hand washings and line dried, still looks new and in excellent condition.
• Good =  Used and a very small amount of wear & wash, no stains or piling. Still looks good.
• Faded = Used and has had the most washings but still cute and in good quality condition with no stains. This condition is good for fashionable play or lounge wear with no worries. Rarely do we have this condition in our store, it will be stated if so and very inexpensive.

(Q) What if the clothing condition did not match what was stated?

(A) You can return it for full refund if it is not in the condition as stated in the listing.

(Q) What if it doesn't fit?

(A) Most clothing are true to size but some designers do run small or big in some styles. It's not always easy to tell until the clothing are tried on or measured out. Due to this we can not guarantee sizing. If you need a precise fit please email us for measurements and we will measure out the pieces that you are interested in. You can then compare those measurements to the clothing that your child is wearing now to get an idea on if it will fit or not. We will only exchange or give store credit do to sizing issues. (Q) Can I pay with a credit card without going through Paypal?

(A) Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. You can also pay with a Echeck through your Paypal account.
